(as the patient),

I just wanted to single out a midwife for her exceptional care whilst I have been on Burstow ward with my son. 

The midwife is called Jacqueline and she has been absolutely amazing and made our longer than usual stay a very pleasant one thanks to her very kind and caring nature.

She has gone far and beyond to make sure we are ok at a time that has been a very difficult due to our baby being poorly. 

She is an absolute credit to the midwife profession and I will forever remember her. Thank you 😊 x
