My daughter and I,went to the birthing center where we were met by two friendly and helpful Midwife’s and a sister, who promptly carried our bags and quickly assisted with my daughter having contractions in the doorway.
The birthing unit was lovely and had such a calming atmosphere. My daughter was looked after by the same midwife until her shift finished and another wonderful midwife took over, efficiently and quickly.
Unfortunately due to complications we were rushed through to the labour ward as baby was in distress.
The team of 8 highly qualified staff and our fab midwife were outstanding! They all communicated well and acted with the upmost of professional service. They supported my daughter and made me also.feel that I was welcome and valued. We cannot thank them all for the work they all did to deliver the baby safely and kindness towards my daughter and myself was touching.
10 out of 10 for us!
