Sometime ago, while looking at my reflection in the mirror, I noticed that the size of my pupils was unequal. I got concerned and after googling it I got even more anxious. I sought medical help. I was seen by a doctor who, after careful evaluation, offered a diagnostic from the symptoms that I presented: Benign episodic unilateral mydriasis. The reason I am writing this feedback is because I was very impressed by the way the doctor carry the appointment. He was extremely professional and direct while maintaining a human touch that I believe the patient desperately looks for. I sympathise with the pressures and titanic demands that all NHS staff faces and I understand why so many show signs of wear and tear. I wish not to give moral advice but rather to humbly say that, from the patient point of view, I think that we all benefit and could learn from the doctors approach to medical care, if we want to maintain NHS as a service for the people. I certainly did. Thank you.
