"Epitome of NHS professionalism and care"

Every individual I encountered at Moorfileds was a shining example of why we should be so proud of the NHS and all who work for it, with our care as their top priority. On 18th December I had a scheduled appointment and was treated with care and respect by everyone, from the receptionist pointing me to the right place to go, the receptionist registering my arrival, the nurse, the consultant, and the pharmacist and the cashier. I particularly want to thank the pharmacist who told me about the Prepaid Presciption that would save me money because of the number of prescriptions I now need, and offered helpful advice about how to register so I could benefit immediately. I really do wish the media would balance their reporting on the NHS. The media must take responsibility for the inevitable adverse impact on morale amongst our fantastic NHS staff caused by their persistence in reporting only bad things. Please make sure my feedback gets to the individuals in Moorfields so they know how very much they are appreciated.
