"Great experience in A&E with my daughter"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Emergency Department

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter tripped and fell on corner and cut her forehead wide open. It was quite deep and with impact to head so trip to A&E to check her out. Apart from the waiting time which you obviously expect it was a great experience.

A young female doctor (I would say with Irish accent) was taking care of my daughter and she was absolutely brilliant, despite late hours (for daughter) and stranger talking to her (to daughter), my daughter took to her brilliantly, she got a wee bus to be distracted and everytime the doctor went away for something she was shouting for the doctor to come back, where is she and playing peecaboo. 

I know how hard work they do and busy they get and this was experience one in a million. I hope though I wont be back.
