"Rubbish"

About: Southend Hospital / Pain Management

I had been referred to the pain clinic as I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, they basically told me if I carry on taking ibuprofen everyday I will die when I’m 30 ( I was 18 at the time).

Then when I saw the physio side all they told me to do was to walk to a lamp post everyday. Sorry, how is that going to work?

I understand that there is no cure and that not everyone knows about it but seriously, there qualified I think they could be a bit more helpful and also polite instead of saying I will die in 10 years.

I refuse to go back there. Oh and also, they was 30 minutes late which didn’t help one bit.
