Attended the Urgent Care Centre at North Tees Hospital this evening was seen by the Nurse Specialist. What a kind lady, she spent the time to listen to what was wrong and I was involved in all aspects of my care. Such nice caring staff in this unit. A credit to the NHS. Thank you once again.
