"Felt a bit fibbed off by nurse"

About: Guide Bridge Medical Practice

I came in this morning and the receptionist helped to get me an appointment with the practise nurse as I couldn’t hear (I’d written down what was wrong). She was fantastic but after seeing nurse I felt bit fobbed off, I’ve tried using over counter ear wax removal which didn’t work and now have to put olive oil in. I really wanted them

Syringed so I could hear again, I’ve had a most frustrating Christmas not being able to hear conversation. I can’t drive, answer phone or mobile or hear tv and this could take ages to clear. I know she’s trying to do her job but Just wish she could have been more sympathetic.

We are very sorry you feel you have not received the service you expected.

If you would like to contact the Practice Manager we will be able to investigate further into the consultation you received from the Practice Nurse and investigate the reason the ear syringe could not be done on the appointment that was given to you on the day.
