I feel i should bring one item to your attention and that is the NEW car park system installation,

The pay kiosk machine located outside the A an E dept is extremely poor, to the effect it took myself 10 minutes to pay last night.

The reason for this is the lighting around and at the pay station is so poor it is very difficult to see buttons, card machine or note slot.

Even when the note slot was finally located two of my notes were rejected, which added to the frustration.

When decided to try card machine, it could barely be seen let alone find the card slot

I am a healthy 47 year with good eyesight and found difficulty in the dark, somebody else less fortunate would really struggle.

Please, Please S.G.H can you address the lighting issues at said pay station.
