Dear KMCC

Thank you for sharing your story on Care Opinion. I am sorry to read about your recent hospital stay and that you waited 3 days to get painkillers from the Doctor.

I have shared your post with the Lead Nurse for the Plastic Surgery Unit.

I see that you wish to have this treated as a formal complaint. You can contact our Complaints Team at complaints@ggc.scot.nhs.uk or call them on 0141 201 4500.

Kind Regards

Julie
