"Heatherlands Surgery"

My personal opinion of the services at Heatherlands Surgery are very good.

I can phone for an appointment and can always get an appointment that suits my needs.

The staff at the surgery are very friendly and conscientious and always eager to help.

Waiting time in the surgery varies sometimes the doctor will see you before your

appointment depending on his or her workload. If there is any delay it only tends to be

about 10 to 15 minutes

The doctor is very business like but also has a good personality.

We now have a new extension to the building where the pharmacy has been expanded.

Having the pharmacy part of the same building is an added bonus.

A new telephone system is being installed to make things easier for patients to

contact individuals in the practice.

Blood Tests are still available at this surgery and I feel this is a positive step instead of

patients having to be referred elsewhere.

All in all considering the benefits and expansion of this practice it should be considered for

a high status compared with some of the other surgerys which are lacking.

A patients Car Park is provided and there is always spaces available for residents to park.
