"Opthalmology Outpatient Dept"

I have visited the opthalmology outpatient dept several times over the past 6 months or so. At all times I was treated with the utmost respect and dignity. All the staff from the clerical staff to the consultants were friendly and efficient. I have also been treated in the infectious diseases outpatient dept and would describe the care received there as exactly the same as on opthalmology. As an ex RVI trained nurse I feel very proud to find that although medicine and nursing has changed over the years, the excellent standards of care have continued.
