"Autogenic Therapy"

I wanted to write to express my thanks for the superb autogenic therapy sessions at the Royal London hospital for intergrated medicine. It's not well understood and I at first would not have known had I not seen the leaflet and asked my doctor about it. The positive results and changes in the group therapy in the individuals is really good to hear each week and motivates us and helps with keeping an open mind. Am very greatful for this service, it will take practise however the change is wonderful to see. Thank you so much.
