"Recent surgery"

I cannot fault the service I received when having surgery this week, the staff are fantastic, from start to finish they treated me with the greatest respect and professionalism.

This was the Monday morning we all woke up to snow, and the roads were awful, yet staff mad early their way in, and made sure they were at work early, the hospital put together a crèche for the staff children, as schools were closed, so you cannot ask anymore of such a fantastic set of people, and a truly great institution.

Any surgery is a daunting proposition, but placing your trust in the hands of such well mannered professionals, makes it all a little easier.

I was released same day, and I’m home now recovering well, after having my gallbladder removed, approx three months from first scan to surgery, so not bad waiting at all.

I cannot say enough good things about my treatment, thank you New Cross, and thank you to all the staff concerned.
