From entering the endocrinology department from the receptionist right through to the nurses, doctors and aftercare staff. I was treated with respect, informed clearly about the procedure that I was going to have. The nurses & doctors kept me informed all the way through. The nurses in the aftercare ward were extremely polite and friendly and they made a good cup of tea, with all my thanks to all the staff in the endocrinology department. They are a credit to Calderdale Royal Infirmary and the NHS.
