About: Inclusion Thurrock (Talking Therapies)

(as the patient),

I referred myself to Inclusion Thurrock and it was very helpful. My counselor was really nice, very patient, listened to my situation and was really professional with her diagnosis and treatments. I was very impressed with how she made detailed notes and remembered all the details leading up to my referral. 

Without her help, I dread to think how my life would be at present. She's a real asset to Inclusion Thurrock and I'd like to thank her for her help and support.

Thank you so much for letting us know that the counseling and support you received was helpful.

It sounds like you felt comfortable in sessions and have gained a more hopeful outlook. Often people take a little time to fully realize what it is they have gained from treatment - they just know that it feels better!! or it makes more sense!!

Sometimes that's enough.

I'm ever so pleased we were able to support you and from the whole of Inclusion Thurrock, can I wish you all the very best for the future ( as well as Christmas and new year too!!).
