"Out of hours, out of patience!!"

How can you get it so wrong by so much so often? Appalling scheduling with no offer of information, why not just book people in realistically in stead of making sick people feel worse by sitting for ages with other sick people? Is it to force the less sick not to bother to come to an ‘out of hours’ clinic? Even an electronic board with queue details would at least inform and/or kill the boredom! It’s no wonder A&E is overflowing as people desperately try to find a way around an unreasonable long and largely unnecessary wait in an uncomfortable waiting room! Very poor service!
