"Friendly and caring staff."

From the moment I arrived to the clinic to the moment I left, staff were very friendly, caring and supportive. On arrival I was given all the important information which I needed during my stay. Prior to my surgery the theatre staff were very reassuring which allowed me to feel relaxed right till the moment of my surgery. The only thing that I was slightly disappointed with was the fact that I could not see the consultant who led my surgery following my surgery. It would have been reassuring to know what went on during the surgery and what I could be expecting the coming weeks in regards to results etc. All I have been told is that I will receive a letter in the next few days. As it can be imagined for someone who has never had a surgery procedure, this is quite nerve racking. Thank you to the lovely nurses who were very reassuring when I woke up from the general anaesthetic and for allowing my partner to come on to the ward to support me.
