From the moment of arrival, to the op and then the discharge procedure cannot fault any aspect of the care and attention received. All staff are friendly, caring, and are there to reassure should you have any concerns. This is the second hand op that I have had at Circle Bath and it is so nice to have every confidence in the surgeon and staff.
Aftercare is excellent and knowing that I am able to contact my surgeon direct if I have any concerns is so reassuring.
