"Always a Positive Experience at Castle Hill"

I have had to attend the Nuclear Medicine Department of Castle Hill Hospital twice this week and by the very nature of the tests which take some time, I have therefore spent a good amount of time there.

The whole experience has been really positive, time was taken to ensure I understood everything that was to happen in the tests and I was given the opportunity to ask any questions. I was reassured and informed at each stage of the procedure and even had the Consultant Cardiologist go and arrange a hot drink at the end, now the hot drink was clinically necessary, but it said everything regarding the caring attitude of medical staff that the Consultant went to arrange it!

The Nurses and Technicians were friendly, helpful and informative and I cannot praise the care they show in their work enough. I for one am grateful for the care I receive from the NHS in general and for my experience at Castle Hill Hospital in particular. Thank You
