"More Info about the Mental Team"

So the Hospital discharged my niece yesterday after taking an over dose for the 4th time, the mental team says she has got the metal capacity to leave, she left, tore her gran mothers house up and threatened her with a knife, she then got locked up, they let her go today, no assessment from the "mental team" they let her go, I have just had word from my other she is in the middle of the street screaming pulling her hair out, she what is likely to happen is she will get taken back to hospital and the same result will happen, how many admissions does it take for the so called mental team to see she has a mental problem, I decided to call the "Mental Team" today and ask what it is exactly they do as a service, she paused for 5 minutes, she didn't have a clue, she then said have you tried the crisis team, seriously I could not believe it, its a complete shambles, utter shambles !!
