(as a relative),

My husband fainted and fell in St Enoch shopping centre in Glasgow. A lady Junior Doctor called Amber tended to him for an hour till the ambulance came. Also Paramedic Neil from Inverness came to help and they worked together. They were so caring and calming for me and professional for my husband.

I can't thank them enough.
