We had to take our son into A&E as he had bronchiolitis and stopped breathing when he was in the bath.
Our whole experience was made as pleasant as possible due to the caring and professional manner of all staff. Decsisions were clearly explained to myself and my husband and we had the opportunity to ask any questions. Thorough checks were done to ensure that nothing was missed.
