After suffering from poor hearing all my life and having a bad reaction to conventional hearing aids I was referred to see a consultant who was friendly and explained in as much detail as I required exactly what my options were. I was then refereed to the senior audiologist, who was excellent, explaining every step of the tests being done. I was recommended having a Bone anchored hearing aid requiring day surgery. Again all the staff on the day ward were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and the theatre staff put me at ease and did everything they could to relax me whilst explaining what they were doing. I would highly recommend this hospital. The ENT staff in all areas were kind and caring every step of the way.
A very big thank you to you all.
