I was not informed that a prescription for antibiotics
had been issued as a result of a sputum sample test
it was only when my wife was contacted over a different matter
and asked about my sample results were we informed that the prescription
had been issued and sent to local pharmacy 5 days ago
abysmal service, 5 day waiting for much needed drugs
"Failure to contact patient"
