"Patient-centered service"

I was recently a patient on Hatton Ward following an open prostatectomy. I would like to express my sincere thanks for the care I received from the staff working on the ward. Despite feeling very weak and sore my stay was made as comfortable and pain free as possible. The care I received was always of a  preemptive nature, with the staff  keeping a close eye on my condition and acting accordingly. The whole of the ward team from the nurses in charge to the lady who brought me my toast each morning were so professional and kind. The handover from the day shift to the night shift was seamless and the standard of professionalism and care never wavered. Although I was very happy to go home as I am sure everyone else is, I was left with an overall impression of an excellent patient centred service which was a credit to the NHS and and fine example to any students on placement there. Thank you!
