As good as I think it is I feel like 6 weeks is not long enough and I could benefit from it being much longer and more thougher.

Dear februaryqp34. Thank you for providing us with your thoughts on your therapy. It seems as though you found it helpful, although you would have preferred more sessions. If you still have difficulties in the future and feel you need our support, don't hesitate to refer yourself again. We usually advise you to practice what you have learnt for 3 months, and if you still have difficulties, you can seek another referral. Good luck with your ongoing journey.
