"Excellent staff"

Both Samantha and my community nurse Ben have given me excellent service through my time at Inclusion. Samantha was reliable on making appointments with me and although there were a couple of mix-ups about times of meeting, or phoning, I’m sure this was because the centre is just so busy. Samantha encouraged me to join groups and to meet and share with others; her very personal approach made me feel cared for and that was important to the organisation. Mags the receptionist is also warm and welcoming.

Ben took hold of all the administration around my detox, dealing with changes of plans and disappointments. Ben secured a stay for me at Fulbourn after there was a cancellation; he picked me up and ensured that I was settled, and he also took me home after discharge. I am very grateful for that support. I have already written a response regarding my care within Fulbourn. Which was superb
