I have BPD as diagnosed by a locum and other private professional and I wasn't that impressed with the service as they thought i had autism when my mum knew i didn't as she
has worked with many individuals on all different levels of autism. Some of the staff seem complacent and do not seem to care or give a positive experience or helpful as it should be there were two who were quite good but i wouldn't say brilliant as they do seem to put you 'in a box' and assume things, also, if you live locally then surely some people must know personally, the professional/ client they are seeing so it 's a little unethical and maybe some assume that most patients/ customers / client whatever you want to call it are all similar in education, financial and general standard which is unacceptable and clearly not enough empathy training and broad thinking is going on at this service - maybe staff are fed up of there job - then they should't be there to be honest.
"okay for minor straight forward issues but not..."
