"Excellent Staff at Dermatology Day Case"

The staff of the dermatology department were all very helpful and went above and beyond their requirements to help me. I was very distressed and fearful upon arrival and to the receptionists all the way to the Office Manager I say a huge thank you.

I underwent a skin biopsy the following day and once again every member of staff was kind, supportive and reassuring.

I was nervous and more than a little embarrassed but the kind and professional manner of the nurses and doctors all helped me to get through the procedure with as little distress as possible. My dignity was ensured as much as was possible and the doctor who performed the biopsy ensured that at no time was I in any pain or discomfort.

All of the team were professionals at all times and I left with no doubts or questions as they had taken extra time to explain all about my post operative care and how to address any concerns that might arise. I really can not praise this team highly enough.
