I don't usually write reviews but have felt compelled to do so after having visited the surgery twice recently.

On both occasions I was lucky enough to be seen by a wonderful, humanitarian doctor.

During my consultation I found the doctor to be most caring, and listened to my concerns and put me at ease.

The doctors help and advice was most comforting and reassuring, and I left the surgery feeling like a valued human being and not just another " over the hill" O.A.P

Civility dosn't cost anything and means so much to vunerable patients.

Now if only the telephone system could be sorted out, that would make life less stressful when trying to book an appointment

On behalf of the GP team many thanks for your positive comments. It is always good to hear that patients are pleased with the service we provide. We want all our patients to feel valued so it is really nice to hear you walked away from the surgery feeling this way. We fully agree about our telephone system, and are currently in the process of re-mapping our telephone system in order to help with the demand on the system. You may not be aware that you can now also register at the Practice which will allow you to book appointments on-line, order you repeat medication on-line and also view parts of your medical record on-line. If you want more information please call into the surgery to collect a form and information leaflet about this. Once again thanks for your positive comments.
