"She listened to me with care and concentration"

About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as a service user),

I saw a member of staff who listened to my “miseries” with care and concentration. We got to the bottom of my woes with her understanding that although I could not alter events that had been worrying me it does not stop them from affecting me.

It was a much better session that my previous one where I had to answer questions on a computer screen! So, thank you.
