I would like to say how impressed i have been with the service received from both the antenatal day unit and from the labour ward on two separate occasions. I attended the ANDU when i was 15 weeks pregnant following a car crash. The midwife i seen was very sympathetic and reassuring when she listened into the babies heartbeat. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful too.
I also contacted the labour ward one evening last week about having reduced movement and spoke to a midwife called Jessica. She was extremely thorough, understanding and empathetic on the phone. She gave me an appointment time to come in however i phoned back to cancel this as i was reassured about 30 minutes later after having lots of movement. I wish there were more midwives like her. Following a bad experience 5 years ago after having my daughter i know feel reassured and have my second baby here at Warrington hospital. I really hope Jessica is on duty :-)
"Excellent care from labour ward and antenatal day unit"
