I am registered with Long Lane Medical Centre & the receptionist staff I have dealt with,seem to have a terrible attitude, they are so rude & unhelpful.
The waiting time for an appointment can be anything up to 1hr 30 minutes & nobody comes out to apologise or explain. In fact, if you mention it to reception in a polite way, they get really defensive about why you're asking.
The GP's usually do apologise for the delay however.
