"Great experience in Day Surgery"

About: Stoke Mandeville Hospital / General surgery

Had a great experience in Day Surgery. Staff were very respectful, welcoming and polite. Everything was explained really well. Felt very at ease and confident. One down side was that I had to wait a few hours but someone has to be last on the list and I don’t mind that for first class treatment!

We appreciate that it can be a very overwhelming time for patients coming into hospital and, although we are sorry you experienced a wait for your procedure, it is very pleasing to hear that our staff were able to put you at your ease.
