About: Bromley Healthcare / Talk together Bromley (IAPT)

(as a service user),

I was referred into the 8-week postnatal CBT group with postnatal depression and anxiety.

The two therapists, Sarah and Aoife, were absolutely fantastic - they created a really calm and safe group and gave us so many tips and strategies to lift mood and reduce anxiety. The other women were really supportive and we're still in touch.

It was a really positive experience and has helped me enormously, such a great service. Thank you!
