I have recently had to use the reception service to get an urgent appointment with a doctor and also to pick up prescription and make another appointment with a nurse.
On both occasions the reception staff were able to accommodate me in the first instance get a doctor to phone me back within 10 minutes of my call, and on the second occasion provide me with a couple of joint appointments with the nurse to carry out some health procedures.
The staff treated me with respect and dignity whilst ensuring my confidentiality.
