(as a service user),

I attended day surgery at Monklands Hospital. I just wanted to say that my care was outstanding from the minute I arrived at reception until I was discharged. All of the staff were professional, caring, attentive and understanding. I can't remember everyone's name but the nurse, Terry and student nurse, I think her name was Jane, who looked after me in recovery were lovely. 

Thank you all very much you are a credit to the NHS.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about the outstanding care that you received in the Day Surgery Unit. I am aware that it can be a daunting time for patients coming in to the Hospital and am glad that staff were able to make this a much less stressful experience for you.

The Senior Charge Nurse in Day Surgery and her staff will be so pleased to receive your feedback and I will make sure that this is passed on to them.
