I was extremely anxious going for procedure the nurse listened to my concerns explained procedure and advised which consultant would be undertaking it which calmed me down she also spoke to consultant to explain my fears the consultant was lovely calm and understanding although it is painful it needs to be done and I understand this the team as a whole were very professional and I would recommend them to others many thanks for listening
