"Waiting times and dignity in treatment"

My nan had a partial loss of vision in one eye. We attended the A&E and were pleasantly surprised at the reasonable waiting times and how well informed patients and visitors in the waiting room were kept. The staff were friendly, approachable and all delivered excellent care in a time myself and my nan were worried. Moorfields is one of the best hospitals that I've ever been to, and I wish more hospitals delivered the same standard of care.
