Absolutely awful the way staff speak to you. Had to wait almost three weeks for an appointment and when I did it was a waste of time even going to them. The doctor I was seen by spent 70% of the time speaking about something totally unrelated to what I had actually gone for. I was asking for help and they might as well have said deal with it. It felt like they were insulting my intelligence.
