Visited for an orthopaedic consultation. Spoke to the consultant, who was very polite and explained everything helpfully. Referred for an immediate X-ray with very little waiting time. Received a diagnosis from the consultant and am waiting for a follow up procedure. Nurse and radiographer were also polite and helpful. Initial experience very positive.
