"Awful and rude"

Got given an appointment for 21/11/17 at 11am after having to phone three days in a row to get one. Arrived to the appointment on time and had to sit in the waiting room for 30minuites as the doctor was running late. Once I got seen the whole appointment was rushed and so insensitive even though it was clear I was a lot of pain. At the end of my appointment I was asking questions about getting a repeat prescription I was told " I haven't got the time for this, you'll have to make another appointment"

These doctors are meant to be there to help you not make you feel worse and guilty for "wasting their time"!
