(as a service user),

I had my first appointment at the bladder and bowel clinic at Beckenham Beacon and it was brilliant. The lady I saw was very professional but kind and caring at the same time. I was not looking forward to the appointment but I know that if I ever need to go back I shall have nothing to worry about.
