"No appointments, again"

About: Grange Medicare - New Cross Surgery

After 3 weeks with chest infection

,one visit,one antibiotics

cant get into doctors.call back tomorrow, what a surprize.

Having been very ill in the Street, ears ringing, chokeing in street with coughing, sick, dizzyness, very embarrassing with panic attack.(two grandchildren with me)

My grandchildren were very upset, scared, worried.she went into school quite upset.

Why can some people see docs Every week, see same doctor routinely, same people seem to get far better treatment.

Some never get appointments, don't think I got more than 4 appointments on phone in 13 years and I don't often see the same doctor ,

I am now calling the emergency number,

Your surgery has too many people and your still taking new one Why,you cant look after all the ones you got.

NHS is a laugh, not enough cheifs and far too many indians (docs and reception staff)

I'm sick of trying to get appointments with this practise, fails far to many times,a few happy people, does not make it good,

And the disapproval looks of the receptionist,

Dear patient,

Thank you for your feedback. We acknowledge the demand for appointments is high. The reception team have the very difficult task of trying to allocate a limited number of appointments to a much larger number of requests. We know this can be very frustrating for all concerned and are actively looking at ways to improve the appointment booking process. However this will be a fairly lengthy process.
