I have been a patient here for almost 20 years during which time I have had cause to visit the surgery on many occasions, often with challenging health issues.

Although only a small practice with one GP, the quality of care I receive is always outstanding. The GP is kind, compassionate and caring, and totally dedicated to the wellbeing of each patient. During consultations it is apparent that the GP continues to enthusiastically embrace continuing professional development across a range of medical disciplines; something from which I have personally benefitted tremendously. Whenever appropriate, I have been actively encouraged to be fully involved in considering various treatment options and self-management strategies in order to achieve the best possible outcomes for my conditions. The advice and support I have been given has been hugely beneficial to me over the years.

The Practice Manager, receptionists and Practice Nurse work tirelessly to provide the best patient experience possible. The Practice is very well managed and everything seems to run seamlessly, thanks to the dedication of all involved. Each member of the team is very approachable, helpful and caring; one is always greeted with a smile and a friendly word and, without exception, enquiries and requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently.

Both the GP and the Practice Manager work selflessly and with total commitment, often going above and beyond the call of duty, for the benefit of the patients.

I feel privileged to be a patient at Pump Lane Surgery and remain indebted to everyone there for the wonderful care and support they afford me.
