The care and attention given by Dr Adeyemi and his team has been second to none. From referral, outpatients, MRI, admissions, theatres and ward 1b everyone treated me with great care, compassion and dignity. Special thanks to Dr Adeyemi for his expert treatment and care. Ivor the theatre orderly made a scary trip to theatre a lot easier, what a unsung hero. I was met with #hellomynameis throughout my hospital journey and when it comes with a smile it really makes a difference. Kate and Chris Pointon would be so proud of you all.
The Sister on ward 1b should be so proud of her team constantly working hard under huge pressure and all with a warm smile. I am so sorry I can not remember everyone' name but Tracey went above and beyond with my discharge and Claire, even though it is not your usual ward, your professionalism was outstanding.
The singing healthcare lady (sorry no name) needs a bonus for improving morale of staff and patients whilst coming in early to help out.
There are so many more kind people to mention from the lady in theatre who chatted to me about her experience to the healthcare assistant who went out of her way to give me the tips you don't get in the leaflets. Angels all of you, lets cherish the NHS and value all the staff that keep it going.
