"Wonderful"

I was recommended by 111 to visit the out of hours departnent this morning. The very friendly receptionist phoned me to offer me an early appointment which I gratefully accepted.

There was no long wait and I got in to see the doctor quickly. I can’t express how kind, knowledgeable and helpful the doctor was and they made me feel as if I really mattered.

I would give the doctor 100 stars if I could and the same to the receptionist.
