"Fantastic care of my mother"

The staff at Watford looked after my mother absolutely brilliantly during her recent 4 day stay. from porters to cleaners and nurses and doctors first class care for the entire stay.
Only issue was a rather long wait for the discharge drugs - maybe more pharmacists needed to complete the care.
