"Appointment are made then cancelled by the surgery"

I range in September to be told their were no appointments until November I could not believe this I agreed to take an appointment in November 6 weeks wait then I recieved a letter late October to be told that my appointment had been cancelled this is not the first time that this has happened to me They have a duty of care it is my right to see a doctor this practice is a complete shambles,My Wife visited the surgery one evening and when she explained her situation, the doctor was blunt and said you have taken to much time and the doctor opened the door and ushered her out this is not a service we expect from doctors they should be compassionate and caring we are currently looking at new practices where the doctors actually care about their patients I have no confidence in these doctors. I used to trust what doctors said as I respected them, but not now they really dont have time for you, It is sad but true, they dont listen anymore.
